You’re just that in looooooove

(AND YES, AN EXCESSIVE NUMBER OF O’S ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY)

As a Hopeless Romantic of the World™ yourself, I know you get it.

I mean, how can you not? You’re out here living your own bone-deep, can’t-play-it-cool, swoon-worthy love story out in real time.

If you’ve ever tried (and, respectfully, failed) to explain why you love your person as much as you do— the super specific way they say your name, the way your routines accidentally synced up without ever talking about it, how you can’t remember how you even functioned like a normal human being before you found each other— then you already know how useless words can feel.

That's why we have photos.

& THAT’S ALSO WHERE I COME IN AS A TWIN CITIES WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

I capture the pitter-pattery stuff that’s obvious to everyone in the room except you because you’re too busy being fully gone for each other.

(As you should be.)

A SUN-SOAKING, GREEN-LOVING, VERY MUCH IN LOVE WITH LOVE KIND OF PERSON

If you’d have told younger me I could make an entire career of being professionally invested in other people’s love stories, I would’ve laughed. Loudly.

But here I am, a couples and wedding photographer in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, spending entire days documenting humans who have absolutely no chill about how in love they are and then having the audacity to call it ‘work.’ As if.

I live for good light bouncing off of high-rise buildings, feet striding in sync through crosswalks, the way your hands look a little bit incomplete without your person’s woven into them, and that split-second after the inside joke lands when you’re both doubled over with laughter, trying to remember how to breathe.

hi, i'm sara

I live to notice the things other people miss— the so-called ‘ordinary’ moments that are really the reason love stories have lasted this long in the first place.

WHAT’S A STYLE-FORWARD TWIN CITIES WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER’S KRYPTONITE, YOU ASK?

the 'very much in it' phase

(OFTEN REFERRED TO AS ‘COUPLES + ENGAGEMENTS’)

This is the part where you’re super obsessed with each other and not pretending otherwise. Maybe there’s a ring on a fourth finger of a left hand, maybe it’s just an average weekday that could do with some documenting— but either way, it’s the two of you, very clearly choosing each other.

the 'might as well make it official' phase

(MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS ‘WEDDINGS’)

You’ve locked in the date. You’ve chosen each other for good (as if there were any other option). And now you’re deciding who gets to be in the room when you make it a forever kind of thing. This isn’t just a ‘someday’ conversation anymore. It’s happening. I’ll make sure it feels as ‘you’ as it possibly can.

the 'still us, just more of us' phase

(SOME WOULD SAY ‘FAMILIES’)

There are now more hands to hold, more snacks to pack, and a whole lot less quiet.  But it’s still the two of you at the center of it all… just with tiny little witnesses now. And you wouldn’t have it any other way.

Your love story doesn’t need a moment. It already is one.

AN 11/10 EXPERIENCE WITH A SERENDIPITY-APPROVED PROCESS

As a Twin Cities wedding photographer with a human-to-human process that thrives on personalization, I’ll document your romance as it’s actually lived: the barely-contained laugh you try to swallow during vows, the way you mouth ‘oh my gosh’ when you finally see each other, the death grip on each other’s hands as if you don’t have the rest of your lives to hold them.

You get to be in it, while I make sure it gets remembered right.

What it needs is an experience that treats it that way— structured enough to make it feel seamless, free-wheeling enough to follow whatever magic shows up totally unprompted.

I’ve got you covered.

Now how about you get busy living the good stuff while I’m busy getting it all down for your future kids?

optional, but highly recommended
